All orders are securely packaged or boxed prior to shipping to keep your invites in their best condition. To reduce waste we do reuse shipping boxes from our materials deliveries where possible. This ensures that we can maintain free shipping and reduce needless waste.
Within the UK
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail / Parcelforce depending on size on a 2-3day service.
Shipping in the UK is free of charge.
Outside of the UK
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail / Parcelforce and their international partners.
Orders under £35 - shipping is £2.99
Orders over £35 - shipping is free of charge

Return & Exchange Policy
All of our invites are customised for you. For that reason, unless of course they are damaged, our products are no returnable.
Prior to printing you will be issued with a proof to approve, you should check this thoroughly as once you approve it you will no longer be able to cancel your order and will be charged the full fee.
If you cancel your order between receipt of proof and approval for printing there is a £25 (or value of order if less) charge for the artwork.
If you receive your order and it is damaged in anyway please contact us to arrange a re print. In this unlikely situation we are only able to offer the costs of re print or a refund, we regret that we cannot accept any liability for any other ensuing costs caused by the delay in delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
